As part of the design department at the Italian Trade Agency (ITA), I served as the lead designer for BIAT (Innovation and High Technology Lab), one of the most prominent events focused on technological innovation, attracting delegates from around 40 countries.
In this role, I was responsible for developing the visual theme and creating a range of marketing materials and design elements. I collaborated closely with various departments and stakeholders to ensure the design was cohesive and effective. On-site, I managed the implementation of the design across a 2,000 sqm space, overseeing quality control and addressing any unexpected challenges.
The event’s successful execution reflected the collaborative efforts of the entire team and provided a valuable experience for everyone involved.
Following a series of photos taken both before and during the event, along with a collection of some of the artwork created during the event.
Below are some of the graphic design projects created for the event, including the catalog of Italian participants with information about the projects presented, event signage graphics, the development of iconography for the various relevant sectors, and promotional posters for the Italian regions involved.
